What dietary shortfalls does this product address?

During these times, B vitamins may be excreted more rapidly from our body, thereby increasing our requirement.
Where do we normally get this product from?
One can get these B vitamins from a variety of whole grains, dark, leafy vegetables, meat, eggs, legumes and seeds/nuts. Calcium can be found in dairy products and leafy green vegetables.
Who might need to take this product?

Questions? We've got answers.
- B vitamins help support cellular energy production.† They help convert the food you eat into cellular energy.†
- The B vitamins, as found in Time Release B-100 Complex, are found in a variety of food sources including meat, poultry, fish, milk, eggs, cheese, broccoli, spinach, dates, figs, nuts, whole grains and fortified grains and cereals.
- There are 8 B vitamins that are generally included in the B complex: thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), B6 (pyridoxine), biotin (B7), folic acid (B9), and B12 (cyanocobalamin). Learn more about the role B vitamins play in the body.
- It should be fine to take both just as long as the total amount of folic acid consumed daily from all sources (dietary and supplemental) does not exceed 1,000 mcg. Taking a higher folic acid dose may mask a vitamin B12 shortfall.
