These omega-3 fatty acids are found in cold-water marine fish including sardines, anchovies, cod, tuna, salmon, halibut, mackerel and herring.
Who might need to take this product?
That’s easy. Anyone who doesn't get enough fish in their diet. Heart health experts recommend consuming two servings of fatty fish per week for adults.
Suggested Use: Adults, take 2 softgels daily with water and a meal.
